2.   WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HOSTING A 'TREASURED BY GOD' TEA PARTY?

• Sherri is a women's ministry consultant whose experience will be invaluable to your church. The principles learned through the training and the overall event will be useful to your church for years to come.
• The relationships of those who work together on the event will be developed and strengthened. With a common goal and purpose, a sense of unity will be realized. The ladies will learn the rewards of teamwork.
• The spiritual impact within the hearts of women will be immeasurable.

3.   ARE WE THE RIGHT KIND OF CHURCH TO HOST A TEA PARTY?

• YES, Sherri works with churches of all sizes and denominations.
  Having planted three churches in Europe with her husband, she understands the unique struggles of both new and smaller churches. Having been trained in a church of 6000 members, she also understands the dynamics of larger church ministries. One of her passions is to help new women's ministries develop a solid foundation of working together as a team.  She finds it tremendously satisfying to help rejuvenate well-established women's ministries that may need a "boost".

4.   HOW TO BOOK A 'TREASURED BY GOD' TEA PARTY?

• For more information or to schedule a "Treasured by God" tea party for your church, contact Sherri by phone at 770-506-7243 or at sherri@sherridodd.com. Most "Treasured by God" tea parties are booked at least 6 months in advance. A minimum of three months notice is required to arrange for the training and preparation time. There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee due at the signing of the appearance agreement.

5.   WHAT ARE THE COSTS AND COMMITMENT INVOLVED?

• Training Fee
  To prepare adequately for the tea party, Sherri conducts a four-hour training/planning session for each church. A team of ten to twelve women is required for this initial meeting. Many more volunteer workers will be included during the process of preparing for the tea. A $200 fee is due the day of the training session.
  
  *Training is required for all tea parties using Sherri's china collection.
• Speaking Fees
  There is a speaker's fee due the day of the tea party. Speaker fees are listed below.
  

• Travel Expenses
  The church is responsible for all travel expenses.
